RESERVATION CANCELLATION :

Changes (upwards or downwards) or cancellations of online bookings are only possible by contacting us by SMS or e-mail.

• Cancellation less than 2 days before the first day of your stay, effective at 0H00 French time (GMT+2), the full deposit will be retained;
• Cancellation more than 2 days before the first day of your stay, effective at 0.00 am French time (GMT+2), your deposit will be refunded minus 3.00 euros/night/person for administration and bank charges.

These rates do not include drinks. In winter, we do not have water in the refuge. But don't worry, we have a drinks menu at your disposal.
